SCOTT TURNER is the author of Insurance Coverage of Construction Disputes (West Group 2nd ed. 2009), a two-volume, over 1,500 page legal treatise, in addition to numerous articles and other publications on the subject of insurance coverage issues, particularly as they relate to the construction industry. This subject has been the exclusive focus of his legal practice since 1988. He received his B.A. from U.C.L.A. in 1973 and his Law Degree from U.S.C. in 1978, the same year he was admitted to the California Bar. Mr. Turner is a recent past chairperson of the American Bar Association’s Construction Insurance Coverage Subcommittee of the Insurance Coverage Committee of the Section of Litigation. He is Of Counsel with the prominent policyholder-oriented law firm of Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C., with offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Newark, N.J., Greenwich, Conn., and Ventura, CA.
